We talk about the things that are often left unsaid, from difficult choices and emotional fallout to confidence, reconstruction, relationships, menopause, fear, resilience and finding your way forward. The Podcast
Cups & Courage began as a video-first podcast built around honest, lived conversations about breast cancer. Each episode is filmed in person, creating space for real stories to be shared with warmth, humour, depth and care.
Our guests include healthcare professionals - from surgeons and specialist nurses to therapists, support workers and others involved in breast cancer care - alongside people who have experienced breast cancer themselves. Together, these conversations explore the parts of the experience that often sit between the appointments and the leaflets: body image, identity, treatment choices, reconstruction, emotional recovery, fatigue, relationships, confidence, fear, resilience and life beyond diagnosis.
What makes the podcast different is its visibility. These are not anonymous stories or polished soundbites; they are real faces, real voices and real human moments. By filming each conversation, we capture the pauses, laughter, emotion and courage that audio alone can sometimes miss. The podcast remains at the heart of Cups & Courage: a growing library of stories, insight and connection for patients, families, friends, healthcare professionals and anyone who wants to better understand the realities of breast cancer.
Season 2 is now filming, with new conversations, new perspectives and more stories that deserve to be seen, heard and shared.
